If you've done a minimum research in your stocks and avoided reddit meme penny stocks you're alright, market will recover.

Selling equals loosing money unless you don't believe in the company recovery.

Because no one can time the market and the bottom of the dip the wiser thing is to take advantage and continue buying to reduce the average buying prices of your stocks instaed of selling.

This way you take advantage of the reduced prices and you don't loose your money before the recovery.

Imo and I did that you only want to sell if you're not happy with the stocks you have. Taking the lost can be worth it if you invest in better undervalued stocks right now.
