I am currently participating in the Wharton investment competition and would like to hear ideas

Like it says in the title I am participating in the Wharton investment competition with a team of seven people.
The midterm due date is coming up and I would like to hear some strategies/advice from you all. Just for some background the client has two goals. The first one is to get at least 10000 from an initial 20k investment over the next 5 years. Number two is to open a yoga and wellness studio in Miami in 15 years from a 80k investment. The client is very passionate about green energy and the environment. Thank you in advance for the suggestions.
