Where do you prefer to look for accurate earnings/sales report?

I want to simply look for (overview) earnings and sales surprise that have happened AH or PM. I've tried to use EarningsWhisper, Zacks, Tradingview and even Corporate Earnings from Huskytrader (Github). But many of them report at different times and numbers can vary a lot.

I could take any stock, but for example AMZN.

EW

EPS: -48.7% surprise

REV: unknown

TradingView

EPS: +28.41% surprise

REV: -0.22%

Zacks

EPS: -9.09% surprise

REV: -0.50%

Obviously the sentiment was negative and I could look more into the actual report, but the numbers are so different at first glance. This was only an example, its like this for most stocks. I was wondering if there is some place I could look post and pre-market to find well timed and accurate overview / surprise presented in both earnings and sales (then I could look more into details). Bonus would to be able to compare to historic numbers.
