Unaudited accounts publishement

Hi,

I am monitoring a specific chinese stock, from NASDAQ, that they only released 1st half of 2020 accounts today in 2022. Is this normal? From my accounting studies, public companies, internationally, would require to publish their results no more than 6 months after year-end.

Could someone help me to clarify this?
