ETF investors, what are some of the sector ETFs you invest in?

Hello! I am trying to find ETFs that cover different sectors. I strictly invest in VOO and QQQ in my Roth. Looking to add maybe 5-10% of a particular sector to diversify. I am not sure what sector I want but Financial or semiconductor comes to my mind first. I am aware of XLF.

Are there any other sector ETFs out there that I should be looking at?
