I invested in an LSX company that was taken over by a company on TSX. Broker refuses me access to my shares. Have I lost all my money?

Recently a company I owned shares in (LSX) within my ISA was taken over in an all-share deal by a Canadian company (TSX).

My broker, IG, does not allow trading of Canadian shares on its platform, and refuses to sell the shares on my behalf or transfer them to an ISA with a different broker. So I effectively have no control over these shares. Is there any action I can take to get my money back?
