Hello community,
so I am not completely new to the financial markets, I've been a trader in the past operating on forex, commodities and stocks CFD. But as it became too time consuming I didn't pursue it any further after a few years. Recently I got more interested again and would like to know how most people in here operate? Are you traders and most importantly are you making consitent profits? Or are most people just investors and buy and hold? I'm fairly new to investing itself so I'm interested to know if investing is always just something for really long term to have a cushion when you retire or are people pulling profits from investing also in the shorter term? (few years for example). Thanks.
