Regretting investing in this stock portfolio

I invested £20K into FTSE Global All Cap Index Fund Accumulation with Vanguard almost a year ago and I'm yet to see it in the green.

I check it once every 1-2 weeks or once a month and it's always -3% to -%10 in the red. I've not made any money from it unfortunately.

I could be making a minimal amount of money from it in my savings account which sits at 0.85%. I'm looking to pull it out when I can with as minimal loss as possible.

Is it normal that it's been in the red for so long? I've never seen it in the green yet. Has anyone else had a good year with this portfolio? (FTSE Global All Cap Index Fund Accumulation).
