So Sberbank on the UK stock exchange fell from $13 to $0.05 (https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/sber?countrycode=uk) but SBRCY on the OTC market fell from $13 to $0.90 (https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SBRCY/). Why is there such a big difference?
