Looking to park 100k into something other than typical savings account for about 3 years. Any suggestions appreciated!

As the title states I’m trying to get a better return on my money than stashing it away in a savings account. I have it set aside in anticipation to buy a home in around 3 years. Considering a 3 year deferred fixed annuity, but also willing to consider a slightly riskier investment for a higher payout.
