There are all kinds of customizable stock screeners out there these days, but I can’t find one that screens for all of the variables I’d like. Characteristics I want to screen for include the following:
- ROIC
- ROCE
- WACC
- FCF per share growth
- Share dilution
- Stock buybacks
- Insider buys
- 5-year EPS growth
- 5-year revenue growth
- 5-year dividend growth
- Yield
- Payout ratio
- Debt-to-asset ratio
- Debt-to-equity ratio
- P/E
- P/B
- Net operating income
- Net profit margin
- Volume
Some of these are fairly ubiquitous among the screeners I’ve found so far (like P/E, P/B, and volume), but many of the metrics I care most about (like ROIC, ROCE, and WACC) are very difficult to find, especially alongside all the others.
I know that some more technologically inclined people just code their own screeners, but that’s far beyond my capabilities. I wouldn’t necessarily be averse to spending a little bit of money if need be, provided that the screener I’m paying for is robust enough to save me more time than the free ones can.
I’m interested in hearing what tools others have had success with.
