I want to diversify my portfolio by not just looking at US and EU agricultural REITs but specifically for Canada (maybe a mix of US and Canada if Canada alone is not on the market).
REITs seem to be pretty stable in times of inflation. Furthermore, indirectly investing in food and water through this type of real estate seems like a solid long-term bet to me.
… But are there REITs that belong in this category?
