This stock has an insane dividend payout and is sitting at pretty close to all time lows for the past 6-7 years. I get that the housing market is going to slow but in the long run people will still need to live somewhere. I started a small position and think I may add to it every couple of months over the next 10 years. If the dividend stays half way persistent and I reinvest them, I see it paying off relatively well. Obviously there is risk, as with everything but what are your alls thoughts? Anyone else invested in them?
