Hey everyone. I would like to keep this post out of how I ended up holding these bags, but only on advice on how to move forward.
What to keep, what to sell already, etc. This is not money I need to use anytime soon, but is money that hurts me with all the losses incurred and its hard to accept selling some of those at their current price levels.
Here are my bags:
WISH: 1000shares @7.8$
CLNE: 1200 shares @9.45$
MVST: 1700 shares @8.3$
PLTR: 1000 shares @13.25$
SUMO: 300 shares @15.23$
BABA: 110 shares @234$
The current MV is around 35.7k$ while the original MV is 76.8k$, marking a loss of 41.1k $.
My total balance from investments is -25k$, given that I have closed some positive positions and I have some money on index funds that are helping out.
What are your opinions? Which ones should I just accept the loss and which ones could get even worse? Which ones would you hold?
I’m hoping that CLNE and PLTR could rebound to their original prices. But who knows, maybe they’ll also slowly dip to 2$…
BABA is the one that hurts the most and that I guess most people would expect to eventually rebound at least to some level.
MVST also really hurts. I’m hoping it will rebound at least a bit, maybe to 4$? What should be my target to sell and accept the loss?
Thanks for the help.
