What are your picks to build a future-oriented portfolio ?

Im 21 and want to build a safe portfolio with about 200-300 euros a month.
Right now I went for 2-3 Fonds and Nvidia/AMD.

Would you go for the AI, Hardware and Software stocks ? Or would you go for something else ?
