is it illegal to “day trade” by having accounts with multiple different brokers?

Not sure how to phrase this,

But is it legal to make more than 3-day trades in a 5-day period by having separate accounts??

E.G. trade with WeBull AND Cash App.

Could I open with another broke and make up to 9 day trades?
