Question: ARCO 1 for 1 Stock Split (2015)

This is actually ancient history in stocks, but I was looking at some stocks I bought back in 2010, and in trying to understand lost opportunity, I check stock splits.

Unless this is an error, it shows that Arcos Dorados (ARCO) had a 1 for 1 split on 1/9/2015. Is that a thing? What would be the purpose of something like that?
