Russian Sponsored ADR Dividend

This is not a political question of whether to continue to hold a Russian-backed security or not (not that it is possible to divest right now anyway); this is a technical question.

I own shares in a Sponsored ADR of a Russian company that pays a dividend. A dividend payment is due shortly and assuming the drop of Ruble/liquidity in general doesn't make them delay/cancel, will that dividend still be able to find its way to me? Typically in the past it took four to six weeks to clear, but given the lack of access to SWIFT and other international institutions, will this dividend make its way out of Russia, and if so with how much of delay? Or will it sit in Russia until such a time that Russia can rejoin the world? Or am I SOL and the Russian government will just seize it and possibly my holdings anyway?
