With no explanation other then “We restricted your withdrawals so no one unauthorized can withdraw your funds”
So I was supposed to receive a call back from a “Vanguard manager” to talk about removing this restriction, which only happened because I added a bank account as a new customer.
My understanding now is this happens for every new Vanguard customer, which seems absurd.
What the hell do I do now? Now my online login access has been restricted and the only option is “wait until Monday” to call support, to get the same “wait for a manager to call you” response.
