Do you vote?

Hey all! Before general assemblies, I keep receiving those letters about my code for my online vote, and usually a huge pamphlet with Information.

Usually I just log online and chose electronic delivery for future correspondences and NO to the reports.

But it seems they still come pouring in the year later.
So..
1) does anyone know how it's regulated? Is your broker responsible for all that?
2) who actually votes? I vote when I see big decisions “pay upgrades”, strategic decisions or contentious issues but mostly it's to elect 15 idiots who I have no interest in
3) is there a way to get everything electronic? I still receive letters with the god damn code. Just send me an email (some do it)
4) I believe there are 2 or 3 platforms.. proxycode and the other I don't remember. It does work quite well and would provide a decent platform to do everything from there without receiving the paperwork for those electing to use 100% online… Does the stock or the broker decide which platform to use and why had no real industry winner emerged?
5) tldr it's a big waste of money, paper, and time.
Bonus: if you vote and do so via paper and use the prepaid envelopes, please stand up !
