Anyone else feel that Zillow doesn’t reach its potential?

I feel like Zillow has the opportunity / ability to turn almost into a social media / interactive app.

Why don’t they have a “most viewed homes” a “most expensive homes” etc., feature that allows for client interaction (comments, etc)? Or an ability to have a realtor post a tiktok like video tour on a home?

There has been no development by them for years! I feel like Zillow has potential but they’ve stayed stagnant.
