Would Russia sanctions cause a flight of capital from Russia into safe havens in SE Asia and the West?

Obviously we're all just trying to read tea leaves at the moment, but I would think that all the soon to be liquidated stocks in Russian companies has to go somewhere— Wouldn't it go into safe havens in SE Asia and the West?
