Why has the stock market been soaring? What am I not understanding?

Last month, the Fed raised interest rates by 75 points which to my understanding means the dollar is worth more but the stock market has been on a soaring spree ever since. It looks like the Fed will continue to raise interest rates next month and the foreseeable future, so why is the stock market been doing so well? What am I not understanding?
