Which stock should I cash out?

I have invested in 3 tech stocks. Iron Mountain, Meta and Microsoft. IRM is currently +10% for me, META is -30% and MFST is -15%. Overall I’m – 12%.

I need some cash and I don’t know if I should take the profit from IRM or eat the lost on META. (I think I’ll leave MFST, as I believe it has more potential to bounce back than META).

I'm stuck wondering will META bounce back and cut my loses more than IRM will grow over the next few months?

Any advise on which way to go?
