Russian ADRs have been suspended for 5 months. No one can buy, sell, transfer, or convert anything. Is there anything that can be done?

I know Russia is a country that isnt liked and if I could sell I would have done it. But my brokerage suspended the options and has given no updates on how to move on from this situation. Am I screwed until the Russia/Ukraine conflict is over?
