Green Energy stocks soared recently. Especially yesterday. What are the reasons and should one still hold?

Last month results of my green energy holdings:

Global Clean Energy ETF: +19%
Enphase Energy: +47%
SolarEdge: +27%
SMA Solar: +32%
Canadian Solar: +17%
SunRun: +33%
Vestas Wind: +17%

Not trying to brag, i am not even up on all of them since buying them.
But I would like to discuss the reasons for this huge rally. Does it have to do with the war in Ukraine and shift away from fossil fuels?
And what do you think is the way forward for these stocks. I planned to buy and hold them for a long time.

Especially Enphase Energy is crazy. Percentagewise it is my most successful stock.
