Does anyone think that TSLA could see a benefit in buying a company like this?

I've been doing some due diligence on KULR Technologies recently. They've got deals with Meta, NASA, Lockheed Martin, the government, and more (I have a more extensive DD writeup if anyone is interested). KULR works and develops ways to improve lithium-ion battery production, recycling, thermal management, and disposal practices.

I am just curious as to everyone's thoughts on the benefit that Tesla would gain from a company like this (or similar). Do you think we will see TSLA acquiring a company like KULR?
