Visa (NYSE:V) reported quarterly earnings of $1.98 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.74 by 13.79 percent. This is a 32.89 percent increase over earnings of $1.49 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $7.28 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $7.06 billion by 3.05 percent. This is a 18.68 percent increase over sales of $6.13 billion the same period last year.
