Question/Flags about Nancy Pelosi choice of trading options and stocks.

I have a list of her recent stocks she chose and options she picked for this month some of the information I've been looking at doesn't add up.

Stock Ticker: Date Disclosed: Purchase / Sale: Amount

V 7/14/2022 Sale $1,000,001-$5,000,000
NVDA 7/14/2022 Purchase $1,000,001-$5,000,000

So the reason she apparently chose Nvidia is they are going to pass a multi billion dollar bill and she thinks the price is going to go up but NVidia is down 4% within the day alone unless it will go up within a week or two.

This is where the confusion comes into play. Her choices for options, everything she put is going the opposite direction of what she has in play. If I'm looking at her two purchase options correctly she thinks apple and Microsoft are all going to be majorly lower than what the average price is by 2023? What information does she have that we don't. She thinks apple is going to be 80$ when its 150$ right now. She bet like 500k at least on those strike prices. Still new to trading but this is what I have for her trades. Would love to know what you all think.
