Hey everyone,
Been trying to find some more information concerning how long it takes to go from S4 to IPO on average. Saw some advertisements to buy shares of companies Pre-IPO or Prior2ipo. Seems legit if the valuation is correct, just not sure how trustworthy the sales people are.
Supposedly one company is about to file the S4, and an IPO is supposed to follow quickly after. Does anyone have experience with this and input?
