How is daily volume and dollar value traded on the Nasdaq calculated?

I should have looked this up a while ago, but on the Nasdaq alone yesterday, volume was over 4 billion and the total dollar value of that volume was over 193 trillion.

To put that into context, the entire world's GDP is only 94 trillion.

But how is that volume calculated?

I traded about 5000 shares of NVDA with round trips that were worth about a total of $750,000. Does that mean I alone accounted for $750,000 worth of the daily dollar volume on the Nasdaq?
