Is there a US stock broker or firm that allows international account opening by Zimbabweans?

My friend in Zimbabwe wants to trade US stocks. My brokerage, Interactive Brokers, supports clients from more than 220 countries but Zimbabwe is not one of them. Is there any broker that allows Zimbabwe account opening? For stocks, not FX or CFDs. Also, I am talking about opening while living in Zimbabwe and not the USA.

Any advice would be appreciated.
