How do I invest in to a company that is not listed on my countries exchange site?

I had searched up this company that I would want to put some money in but saw that it was listed as an Australian stock. As a person from the US, is there any way I could purchase it?

Also curious, would this stock continue to remain only on the Australian stock exchange or is there a way it would be able to enter the US stock market?
