Different earnings reports on different platforms?

Has anyone else noticed that different platforms report different numbers? Or am I just reading these incorrectly.

For example, BABA –

Yahoo finance has revenue at 509B for 2020.

Market watch has revenue at 571B for 2020

What gives?
