Hypothetically, if the US moves closer to fascism which stocks or funds would benefit?

For example, say Moore vs Harper is ruled a certain way allowing state ruling parties to decide elections (worst case) what companies would benefit? Or how would a republican majority or super majority benefit certain sectors or stocks?
