Irrespective of current valuation, what companies have management teams that are excellent capital allocators and operators? This would include companies that have a strong focus on maximizing incremental ROIC and opportunistically take advantage of buybacks. Long-term ROIC focused incentive structures and high insider ownership would be bonuses too. A handful of great examples I can think of are AZO, SHW, BRK, CSU.TO, and FFH.TO
