I have some shares in Zendesk which I have held for quite sometime. Given that the company will be sold at $77.50 /share and the deal will be finalized on 4th quarter. Is there a possibility that the stock will trade higher than 77.50 before the deal is finalized? If thats the case, will I be paid $77.50 /share or the prevailing market price?
