What can I do about Roth IRA losses?

I'm fairly new to investing. I opened a Roth IRA last year because I've been reading a lot of finance articles that recommend doing it. I put in the max $6K.

I'm in my 20s, so I'm not too concerned about small losses, but my account has dropped from $6K to $5K over the past 8 or 9 months so I'm starting to feel a bit worried. I split investments between strong ETFs, major tech stocks like Apple, Google, Tesla, Microsoft, and a couple of REITs that paid good dividends. Almost everything is down. I don't plan to sell but I hate the feeling.

Any advice? I didn't plan on actively trading anything, but I'm hesitant about putting any more in stocks. I keep hearing “buy the dip” but it feels like things just keep going down. I would really appreciate some advice from someone who has been around longer than me. Thank you!
