Despite a net outflow of money, the Nasdaq is going up?

I’ve seen this quite a few times now, and genuinely don’t fully understand how that’s possible. Just trying to further understand the markets, and would appreciate it someone could help me understand how that works. Thanks!

Edit: further context, I use the Webull app, and the markets section shows the net inflow outflow of dollars on the nasdaq, and that’s what I’m referring to.
