15% gain in one day. I want to understand what happened.

One of my holdings, XYXI, Zynex Inc, skyrocketed today. Can anyone give me insight as to why? No earnings report and a quick Google search indicates that there's above average volume, but not much else. Thanks in advance, everyone.
