Hi, I’ve just been employed at a job that is giving me a stable salary at the age of 22. I’ve never really invested in stocks myself, only had my mum invest some money when I was 18 and got lucky. I see a lot of things on TikTok about which apps to use etc however I feel the Reddit community is more reliable in terms of providing me with the right platform to start investing, as I know some creators can be sponsored/false advertising platforms. I am from the UK and as I don’t have many expenses at the moment due to living with my parents I would like to use a chunk of my money on investing and see where it takes me.
After all that rambling and taking the time to listen to my story I would appreciate if someone could give me advice on
What platform to use
What content creators are reliable and which ones I can trust
How much id roughly need to put in in order to see some success given I am willing to put time in to learn.
It’s a lot of things and a lot to ask for and I apologise in advance if it’s something I could easily look up or is too much to ask for.
