How to buy stocks on the Hong Kong exchange as a U.S. citizen.

Is there anyway to purchase foreign stocks without ADRs? Like can I purchase these stocks directly with a foreign brokerage? How hard is it to transfer delisted stocks, such as DiDi, to the Hong Kong exchange, when it gets listed there? Thanks!
