Can somebody explain CSE stocks please?

I had a few hundredth dollars that I put on wter.cn. I should of researched about CSE stocks before I did this

At the moment my average cost is $ 0.61. The stock went up to $ 0.87

I have a book value of $370 but market value of $328 so I’m down 11 percent

Now it says bid $ 0.54 and sell $1.10

The numbers are not adding up to me. I’m hoping somebody can explain this to me
