In my city, seemingly out of nowhere BestBuy is closing shop at 7pm on weeknights. This is 2 hours after when most people finish work.
It happens to be after when I finish work and it surprised me… Now my only option is to go on Saturday.
Why cut hours during the only time most consumers can come?
