Hi Everyone,
I want to project the growth of certain cyclical stocks based on previous data but unfortunately I am not that good at maths. So, I need your help in solving it.
Problem is stated below:
Growth in 1st growth cycle (G1) = 390%
Decline in 1st decline cycle (D1) = -76%
Growth in 2nd growth cycle (G2) = 340%
Decline in 2nd decline cycle (D2) = -63%
Growth in 3rd growth cycle (G3) = ?
Assume that G2 is based on G1 & D1 and results of G3 will be exactly similarly based on D2 & G2 in same proportion as of G2. How to calculate G3?
I don’t know if I was able to state it correctly but please ask if you need any further information.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!
