I have been investing slowly for the past 15 years in mutual funds, stocks and Reits. I have been able to invest aggressively lately and I only buy something with a dividend attached. I want my money to work for me. So far I make $14k a year off dividends and always drip it back in. I have 24 different positions, with balanced risk. 12 solid dividend kings, 8 medium risk aristocrats and 4 longshot wildcards. One in particular is INSANE.
