How low would $TWTR have to go for y’all to buy shares and take the gamble on the buyout?

There's roughly 35% of upside at the current share price. I personally think there's a fairly good chance that Elon buys Twitter in the next few months and we see the shareholders get a payout of $54.20 per share. I'm just wondering what to share price Twitter would need to drop for y'all to feel like the risk is worth it?
