feedback on my watchlist

I picked out some stocks that are not tier 1 I guess.

When analyzing I was focusing on

• long-term sales growth
• div growth
• payout ratio
• yield (to some extent, but not major focus)

Companies:

• Life Storage Inc.
• Prudential Financial
• T Rowe Price Group
• Watsco
• Brookfield Asset Management

Happy for some feedback if anyone knows red flags.
