Price difference between TSE and NYSE for Taiwan Semiconductor?

Hi all,

I'm trying to work out why there's a pricing differences between 2 exchanges.

On TSE, Taiwan Semiconductor (TPE: 2330) is trading at $530 TWD (which is 530/29.31=18.08 USD). On NYSE (TSM), it is trading at $93.77 USD.

Any explanation for this?
