ATVI is trading at $77 and buyout is set to finalize before June 2023 at $95
ATVI shareholders approved the buyout a few weeks ago. Microsoft has experience in other buyouts and they are paying all cash for the deal. The upside as of now is around 23 percent. Is this the safest stock to own in this environment? 23 percent gain for holding a year.
